The team behind making sure people knew about the unknown show deserves a ton of credit.

Apple TV+ show Ted Lasso is up for another award, but this one isn't like any of the others it's been in contention for. This one is specifically for the way the first season was publicized, with the show up for the Maxwell Weinberg Award for Television Publicity Campaign.

According to Deadline, Ted Lasso will find out whether it's a winner on March 25, with the award honoring members of the publicity teams behind the shows we all watch.

The Weinberg prize honors active members working in television whose achievements in publicity and promotion during the previous calendar year are deemed outstanding. The winner will be honored at the guild's 59th annual trophy show, set for March 25 at the Beverly Hilton.

Ted Lasso is up against Batwoman, The Underground Railroad, and WandaVision.

The popular show has become the biggest thing on Apple TV+ and is set to begin filming its third season in January of 2022. That could well be its final season as well, although it's a matter for debate whether Apple TV+ will be able to say goodbye to Ted Lasso after the next season.
