Netflix has today made its first iPhone games available, with a handful of titles now offered for download from the App Store.

The games themselves will soon appear as listings in the Netflix app, but tapping them takes people to the App Store which is where the downloads are handled. That allows Apple to vet each game via its app review process — something similar services like Game Club also have to do.

Existing Netflix subscribers can play these games free of charge with no ads or game-related in-app purchases to get in the way of the fun.
