Time's already ticking on this Apple Watch SE Black Friday deal
If you want an Apple Watch but don't want or need all of the advanced capabilities of the latest model, the Apple Watch SE was designed for you. It offers just the essential Apple Watch features, giving you a premium smartwatch experience without the hefty price tag. Better yet, with Black Friday just around the corner, that price is lower than ever.
Right now, Amazon is taking $60 off the entry-level Apple Watch SE, dropping it to just $219. This is the same price Target has been advertizing for its Black Friday sale so we expect this is going to be the best price of the season — and you don't even have to wait.
This may well be one of the best Apple Watch deals we see ahead of the holidays, so make the most of the discount on the silver and space gray models while you can.
The affordable Apple Watch SE hits a new low for Black Friday
Apple Watch SE
If you've been holding out for a Black Friday Apple Watch SE deal then look no further than this $60 price cut. It's never gone lower than this, and we don't expect it to fall further later this week.
The Apple Watch SE is designed to be a lower-cost model that still includes a bunch of the same features as the more expensive Apple Watch models. Its display is 30% larger than that of the Series 3, though it's not always-on like the just-released Series 7. It's powered by the dual-core S5 chipset from 2019's Series 5 meaning it will still be future-proofed for many years of software updates.
The Apple Watch SE provides high and low heart rate notifications, irregular heart rhythm notifications, emergency SOS, and fall detection. It also includes a compass and always-on altimeter, as well as water resistance up to 50m so you can track your swimming workouts or simply rest assured knowing it won't get damaged while washing your hands.
It's worth bearing in mind that the SE can't take an ECG or read your blood oxygen like the flagship Apple Watch Series 7. Check out our guide to the other key Apple Watch SE and Series 7 differences if you need help deciding which is right for your wrist.
